Description

This wine is made from the drying of Vermentino grapes for about 3 months on wooden racks. Amber yellow in color, it offers aromas of dried fruits and honey on the nose. On the palate, it is sweet with a slight acidity that enhances its complexity. It is refined for about 6 months in steel tanks, followed by further aging in the bottle.
