Benedictine monks, known for their famous motto “ora et labora,” have always brewed beer. Inspired by the rich Benedictine brewing tradition, following the ancient processes, we have produced Amber Beer. Using valuable knowledge passed down from generation to generation and excellent ingredients from our soils, we developed this unique beer, rich in aroma and flavor, combining ancient wisdom with cutting-edge methodologies.
