The black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vittadinii), harvested between June 1st and November 30th, is a prized product that is carefully selected and classified into four categories: extra, first, second and brisura.
Once divided according to quality, the truffle is carefully shipped by courier, to guarantee freshness and maximum quality to each customer.
Truffles are an extremely versatile product, ideal for use even when dehydrated, especially when cut into thin slices.
