Conditions of sale
CONTRACT
The contract entered into through the purchase of products offered via this website is governed by the provisions related to the conclusion of distance contracts pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005, with particular reference to Articles 45 to 68.
SUPPLIER
The supplier of the product is CASA GENERALIZIA DELLA CONGREGAZIONE BENEDETTINA OLIVETANA, Loc. Monte Oliveto Maggiore 1, 53041 Asciano Siena.
CUSTOMER
The customer is the individual or legal entity that enters into sales contracts with CASA GENERALIZIA DELLA CONGREGAZIONE BENEDETTINA OLIVETANA.
To conclude sales contracts with CASA GENERALIZIA DELLA CONGREGAZIONE BENEDETTINA OLIVETANA, the customer is required to provide the following information:
Surname – First Name – Date and Place of Birth – Tax Code (or VAT number) – Full residential address (Country – City – Postal Code – Street – Street Number).
The customer must also indicate an alternative delivery address, if different, for the purchased goods.
PRODUCT PRICES
The product prices include VAT and may be subject to change.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders received by Sunday are shipped on Tuesday. Orders received after Sunday are shipped on Tuesday of the following week.
Shipping times vary between 2 and 4 business days within Italy, depending on the destination.
For international deliveries, shipping times are difficult to estimate.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the purchased goods and the destination.
Shipments up to 100 kg are accepted within Italy, and up to 75 kg for international destinations.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At the time of the order, the customer is notified of product availability. In the event of an inability, even temporary, to fulfill the order in whole or in part, the customer will be immediately informed. The customer may request the cancellation, even partial, of the order and the refund of any amount already paid.
PAYMENTS
The following payment methods are available:
- Bank transfer in advance
- Payment via PayPal
If paying by bank transfer, the customer must pay for the goods only after receiving confirmation of the shipping costs.
DELIVERY
Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the package is intact and that the number of packages ordered matches the number delivered.
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the courier. The invoice serves as proof of warranty.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, concerning consumer protection in distance contracts, allows the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal without any cost or need to provide an explanation to the seller.
The customer must return the purchased products, if already received, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, bearing the return shipping costs.
The seller will refund the customer the amount paid for the products and the shipping costs (outbound). The seller reserves the right to deduct an amount necessary for re-packaging (if the original packaging is damaged or missing). It is therefore recommended to keep the original packaging for the entire period during which the right of withdrawal can be exercised.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised at any time after the purchase procedure is completed and no later than 14 business days from the receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been used, even partially, if the original external packaging and/or internal packaging is missing, or if the product is damaged for reasons other than transportation. In such cases, the purchased product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.
Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
